Shikai Description:
Shikai Special Ability:
While in shikai Ryuku unique ability is that it constantly excites the wielder with a flow of electric charge that not only provides an artificial rush of adrenaline{Predominantly to increase strength} but it also increases awareness and stamina for heavy physical output. It also produces an invisible static electric field layer over the entire skin of the wielder. Thus when the wielders skin is contacted, whatever has touched it, will be jolted with a piercing electric shock capable of descent damage and minorly numbing down incoming or inflicted damage. The electricity does not harm the user as it is controlled and managed by their natural reiatsu to avoid any adverse affects. The user can generate electricity from the zanpakuto.

#1 shin raiku
Upon swinging ryuku the wielder can command and concentrate their electric energy potential into a piercing swipe attack of great electric damage. When swung the swipe creates a yellow electric arch{ ten feet wide} that extends the range of the technique up to ten feet long. However , the attack is most effective through actual physical contact as it looses five percent of its strength per foot within the cumulative ten foot zone length of the arch.

Neos generates lightning in his sword then forms a giant dragon shaped blast of lightning emerges from the sword and can be controlled by moving the sword as if he was attacking someone.

Bankai: Shin Ryuku
Bankai Special Ability:
Shin Ryuku ability is to enable Neos to transform into electricity at will as well as control it, similar to enel in one piece, and also to avoid normal attacks by turning into lightning and allowing the attack to pass through him. Turning into lightning can also have the added effect of electrocuting an opponent. The user is also able to travel at a lightning fast speed and instantly reach distant places by turning into pure lightning and it allows him to jump-start his heart after it stopped.

#1 Kami no Sabaki
neos focuses a large cluster of electricity above his target, then uses it to send a huge and powerful lightning bolt crashing down from the sky, deep frying said unlucky target. He can also use this attack to launch a massive thunder stream from his hand.
